Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request an offer or contact us, we collect details like your name, phone number, email address, and information about your vehicle (plate number, VIN, year/make/model, mileage, and condition).

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. If you arrive from an ad or link, we may also record campaign parameters (such as utm_source or a click ID like gclid) so we know which channel to credit.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the request form working across steps and to understand how visitors use the site.

• Google Analytics (GA4). This site uses GA4 to measure traffic and see how people move through the request form. We keep request and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain accurate business records, then remove it when it is no longer needed. Customer history is never exposed publicly, and passwords for internal accounts are stored using modern one-way hashing.

Children’s privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
