FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I get an offer for my car?

Enter your plate, VIN, or make and model, plus the mileage and rough condition. It takes about two minutes, and that is everything we need to start pricing it.

How quickly will I receive my cash offer?

Usually within 24 hours. Someone on the valuation team looks at your car's specifics and what comparable cars are selling for right now. That takes a little longer than an instant offer, but the number holds up.

Is getting an offer completely free?

Yes. There is no fee to request an offer and no obligation to accept one.

Am I committing to anything when I fill out the form?

No. Submitting the form asks us for a price. What you do with that price is entirely up to you.

Do you buy older cars or vehicles with high mileage?

We do. Age and mileage change the number, not whether we are interested. Cars past 150,000 miles come through here every week.

What if my car has been in an accident or needs repairs?

Still fine. Body damage, mechanical trouble, a reported accident: put it in the form and the offer accounts for it. What we want to avoid is a surprise at pickup.

Do I need to have the physical title in hand right now?

Not to get an offer. If you accept one, we will sort the title out with you, including a lost title or a loan that still needs paying off.

What happens after I accept an offer?

We pick a pickup time that works for you. The driver confirms the car matches what you described, you sign the paperwork, and you are paid before the car goes on the truck.

What if I have questions about my offer or need extra help?

Call us or send a message through the contact page and someone will walk you through it.
