Vehicle Valuation Specialist
Price 30 to 50 cars a day. You will read VIN decodes, auction comps, and condition notes, then decide what we can pay. Wholesale, appraisal, or used-car buying experience is what we are looking for.
Careers
We are a small team that buys cars from people who would rather not spend a Saturday at a dealership. Most of the job is doing the unglamorous parts well: pricing accurately, answering the phone, and showing up when we said we would.
Open Roles
Everything below is US-based. Remote unless the listing says otherwise.

Answer the phone and the inbox. Most conversations are about titles, loan payoffs, and pickup scheduling. You will need patience and the ability to explain DMV rules without making them sound worse than they are.
Match accepted offers to carriers, book pickup windows, and chase down the ones that slip. Dispatch or transport brokerage experience helps a lot here.
Handle title transfers, lien releases, and odometer disclosures across all 50 states. Detail-oriented work with real consequences when it goes wrong.
Work on the intake form, the valuation pipeline, and the internal portal our team lives in all day. PHP and vanilla JS on the current stack. Small team, short path from idea to production.
Verify condition on higher-value vehicles before pickup. Part-time and route-based. Automotive inspection or technician background required.
There is no application portal. Send a note through the contact form telling us which role you want and what you have done that is relevant. A résumé is welcome, but a few honest paragraphs matter more. We read everything and reply either way.
The Deal
Most of the team has never been in the same room. We plan around that instead of pretending otherwise.
You will not spend six weeks getting a change approved. If you can make the case for it, you can usually build it.
Every applicant hears back. If it is a no, you get a no, not silence for three weeks.
